OBSERVER

About This Project

This turtle was photographed in the Cameron Highlands of Malaysia. It seems as if it were intensively observing the observer.

In fact, turtles have excellent sight. Contrary to us humans, turtles can see infrared and ultraviolet light. This is due to a fourth color receptor in their eyes.

The photo is available for download in high resolution on Shutterstock.
